With a strong reputation for excellence and customer service, we are looking for a proactive Lead Management & Telesales Executive to join our team in Avonmouth.

Role Overview

As a Lead Management & Telesales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales and business growth by making outbound calls, generating new enquiries, and responding to inbound leads ensuring a 1 hour response time to all incoming enquiries. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to qualify leads, nurture relationships, and maximise opportunities for JCB machinery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales leads and enquiries.
  • Respond to inbound enquiries via phone, email, and online channels, ensuring prompt follow-up and engagement.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team where necessary.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and customer information providing lead analysis and conversion reporting.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support promotions and campaigns.
  • Achieve and exceed key performance targets, including call volumes, lead conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with JCB product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in telesales, lead generation, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional telephone manner.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of construction or heavy machinery industries is an advantage but not essential.
