With Sure Price Service you simply pay for quality servicing as you require it with no fixed contract. The all-inclusive package covers all labour (using factory trained engineers), JCB lubricants, JCB grease, JCB filters and any other JCB parts required as specified in the service schedule - so what you see is what you get, with no surprises.

A Holt JCB Service Agreement allows you to plan and manage your machine maintenance budget, with the reassurance that your machine is receiving the best support available with added value due to a full service history.

These agreements offer a high degree of flexibility, you can set up a Service Agreement at the time of machine purchase or at any subsequent point.

All service intervals are hours based (for example every 500 hours or 6 months), and as with Sure Price Servicing, only genuine JCB lubricants and filters are used, as well as factory trained engineers, so you can be confident of maximising productivity, performance and profitability throughout the period of machine ownership.

For complete peace of mind and total budget predictability, a Holt JCB Repair and Maintenance Agreement is the ultimate solution.

For a fixed sum per month, Holt JCB will undertake all regular maintenance and make any necessary repairs.

We will undertake regular visits to ensure that your machine remains in optimum condition, anticipating any action that needs taking to maximise productivity and profitability.

On large wheel loaders, excavators and articulated dump trucks, oil sampling is included as a major preventative measure, allowing you to maximise the machine uptime.

You can also have the option of including tyres, undercarriage and attachments as part of the package – consult your JCB dealer for full details.

Repair and Maintenance contracts are available for up to 5 years or 10,000 hours of machine usage – or longer periods on request.

Holt JCB have 5 main reasons you and your business can benefit from having a service contract with us:

1. Holt JCB will guarantee the service price is fixed at today’s service rates at the point of contract without inflation for up to 3 years and unlimited hours. Giving you, the customer, a substantial saving over the contract term versus paying as you go with sure price servicing.
2. We offer a FREE 12-month LOLER or PUWER inspection (R.R.P. £150.00 each), which is included at time of annual service. Please note: Certificate can only be issued if in a pass condition (any repairs to obtain a pass condition are not included).
3. You would automatically become a Holt JCB ‘Loyalty’ club card member that would give 10% discount on all JCB merchandise for the term of the contract. In addition, you will receive a 10% discount on all repairs carried out by Holt JCB (parts & labour) conducted during the term of the service contract (specific to the contracted machine serial number only. Discount off M.R.R.P / discounted off standard labour rate). Please note: If you already receive discount for parts and/or labour, this is NOT a further 10% off.
4. If your machine does not have Livelink installed from the factory as standard you would have a reduced priced offering of 3 years half price airtime when Livelink Lite fitted and paid for at PDI or first service.
5. Holt JCB will offer an enhanced trade in value (due to the fact of having main dealer servicing) against subsequent new JCB machine purchases.

The JCB Machine Health Check system is there to support our loyal and much loved customers, by protecting their investments. Making it the quickest and easiest way to confirm your machine is well maintained and in good health.

Why does your Machine need a Machine Health Check (MHC)?

• Reduce Machine Downtime - The Machine Health Check is carried out during any investigation or repair.

• Safeguarding Investment - The Machine Health Check allows us to identify a fault prior to it becoming an issue, saving on long term costs.

We work with JCB to ensure our customers can buy JCB Remanufactured components through JCB Reman. Once known as JCB Service Exchange, the Reman Programme enables you to buy remanufactured JCB parts with ‘as new’ warranty assurance, at a fraction of the cost of buying new.

The Service Team at your local Holt JCB Dealer can support you through this ReMan programme by simply sending off your used machine components for remanufacturing.
