From the M5 - Leave the M5 at Junction 30 and follow the signs for Dawlish and Marsh Barton, this takes you down a slip road. At the first roundabout go straight across passing the Countess Wear Hotel. This road takes you over the canal. At the next roundabout take the second exit, down to the next roundabout which has the Devon Motel situated next to it. Here take the third exit which takes you down to a mini roundabout which has Mere Garage next to it. Take the second exit past the Volvo garage on your right, take the turning right opposite the Mazda garage, and Holt JCB is situated approximately 100 yards on the right.
