Our Dig Days at The Construction Hub Academy offers a fantastic opportunity for construction Business Owners, Owner Operators and Operators to get behind the leavers of JCB machines and meet senior members of the Holt JCB Team. Held across two days the event also provides attendees the ability to enjoy time to tour the facilities of The Construction Hub Academy - The number one construction training company in Wales.

With full digging and utilisation facilities onsite attendees have the opportunity to fully demonstrate for themselves the capabilities of the wide selection of onsite JCB machines that the Dig Days Demonstration Fleet offers.

Who should attend and why?

Our upcoming Dig Days are tailored to Business Owners, Owner Operators and Operators within the construction industry.

With senior members of the Holt JCB and The Construction Hub Academy Teams on hand, attendees will be able to:

• Learn about Holt JCB and our range of services, from new and used machine sales to servicing, maintenance and JCB Finance solutions.
• Discover the benefits of ownership or leasing JCB machines.
• Get behind the levers and test drive* the wide selection of onsite JCB machines that the Dig Days Demonstration Fleet offers (see below the JCB machines that will be on site for the event).
• Tour the facilities of The Construction Hub Academy.
• Learn about the range of training solutions, for both personal or business requirements, delivered by The Construction Hub Academy.
• Watch a member of the Global JCB Demonstration Team who will operate staggered Demonstration Displays, utilising the JCB 145XR and the JCB 4CX Pro Dual Drive.

A burger van and refreshments will be on site throughout the event.

* Attendees don’t need to hold an operating licence (ticket) to test drive our JCB machines at the event (as the event is held at a training centre). However, we do ask that you have some familiarity in operating machinery if you are interested in testing a machine.

Having built excellent relationships with the teams at The Construction Hub Academy, RMG Groundworks, and RMR Sand & Aggregates, we have been keen to host an event at the Academy's excellent facilities. Our upcoming Dig Days provide the perfect opportunity.

As we are all acutely aware, training and ongoing personal development of staff is essential to improve the skills across our businesses and to retain staff. But the construction industry continues to be under pressure in bringing enough people into the industry and developing the right skills.
