Launching our new website

With a rapidly changing competitive and operational environment we've spent time completing a strategic review of our marketing and customer engagement plans. At the heart of things is our website, which we recognised needed significant investment to ensure it became a suitable hub for all future activity.

At the end of 2022 our paths crossed with The Lines Group, a team of branding, design and digital experts based in Gloucestershire. Our Leadership Team and Marketing Department had an instant connection with Lines finding them professional, approachable and dynamic; making them the perfect partners for the project and beyond.

For a website of this scale the scoping and planning phase was all important. Extensive work was completed by the Lines project team to understand our varied product and service offers, which provided the foundation for building a navigation and range of page structures that ensure a streamlined user experience.

As a long-standing family business it was essential that the human side and service focus of our business was given suitable prominence throughout the customer journey. Which is supported by the association with, and reassurance that, the JCB brand provides.

The new website has revolutionised our digital presence. We've been thrilled to receive ubiquitously positive feedback from our customers and wider contacts, complemented by recognition of the transformation from other parts of the JCB business.

Our sales and marketing activities are becoming ever more streamlined, with further opportunities in development to continually improve our engagement with our valued customers.

From a technical point of view strong optimisation foundations are in place that will help future programmes of work. And the website's tailored CMS structure enables efficient content management, saving significant time in ongoing website administration.
