Role Purpose

To ensure seamless coordination across the sales lifecycle, from order processing to delivery, while providing high-level administrative support to sales. This role is central to maintaining customer satisfaction, internal efficiency, and strategic alignment across sales operations.

Key Responailibities:

  • Accurately process new machine orders from the sales team.
  • Act as a liasion between Sales, Customers, and JCB Finance to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely parts ordering and machine deilvery.
  • Work with service teams to manage machine preparation, PDI, and delivery timelines.
  • Support & manage the order process and proactively resolve administative or logistical issues.

  • Sales Administration & Process Management: The ability to manage sales orders, documentation, and compliance requirements with precision and timeliness. Applies structured processes to ensure smooth order flow and accurate record-keeping.
  • Customer Experience & Relationship Management: Build trust with internal and external stakeholders through clear communication, responsiveness, and professionalism. Resolves queries and complaints effectively while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Attention to Detail & Data Accuracy: Maintain high standards of accuracy in data entry, reporting, and documentation. Identify and correct errors proactively and follows established procedures meticulously.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively across departments including logistics, finance, and technical teams. Facilitates smooth handovers, share relevant information, and contribute to team-based problem solving.
  • System & Tool Proficiency: Utilise CRM, ERP, and reporting tools to manage workflows, track orders, and generate insights. Applies digital tools to improve efficiency and accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Initiative & Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify inefficiencies and suggests improvements to processes or systems. Demonstrates ownership and a mindset for continuous learning and operational enhancement.
